1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, text, branding, design, graphics, and layout — is the property of Terra Maris or its contributing photographers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a print grants ownership of the physical artwork only. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Images may not be reproduced, redistributed, scanned, copied, or used commercially without express written permission.

2. Limited-Edition Works

Where specified, works are produced in limited editions.

Once an edition sells out, it will not be reproduced in that size and format.

Each work may exhibit minor variations due to printing processes, framing materials, or screen display differences. These variations do not constitute defects.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud

If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules and carrier performance.

Terra Maris is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Damages

Due to the limited-edition nature of our works, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, including photographic documentation.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terra Maris shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss resulting from misuse of products
• Website interruptions

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
